I have used Eric Wilson of Specialty Home Improvements to work on my property over the past 20 years. I am meticulous about wanting jobs done right the first time and up to my exacting standards, so I only hire Eric because I know and trust him. He listens, has fair pricing, and walks me through the projects to ensure my expectations are fulfilled. I ask many questions, and he is patient and answers them thoroughly. I appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism and that he is very neat and organized, providing high-quality work every time.! Equally important is that he is dependable and shows up when he promises.
He has done everything from installing recessed lighting throughout my entire house (no easy task with extremely high, slanted, cathedral ceilings) and garage, installing plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures, and everything in between—even hanging my artwork. Most recently a refrigerator on the top floor was hooked up improperly, causing water to slowly leak in between the wall and down to my second floor below. It suffered a good deal of water intrusion damage to two door frames, surrounding walls, and ceiling. He did an excellent job repairing/replacing the door frames and fixing the rest of the damage. I am so relieved that it looks new again, with no detectable previous damage. Thanks, Eric, for another excellent job!
